I am upset

Guys, these days I am upset and sad due to some personal reasons. Therefore, I want to give relaxation to my mind for this, I am planning to take a short trip like tours from las vegas to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Because through this I can feel free from my personal life routine and relaxation. So tell me it will prove a good plan for me or not?
